The apartment is located right in the centre of Rome, in the characteristic Rione Monti, an old area of little pictoresque streets surrounded by the Colosseo, Piazza Venezia and Fori Imperiali.
Within 5-10 min. walking you can reach Via Nazionale (an important shopping street in which has seat the Palazzo delle Esposizioni), Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Quirinale (residence of the Italian President), Via del Corso (main shopping street of Rome) and the Termini main train station.
Within 15 min. you get to Via Veneto and Pantheon.

The apartment is at ground floor and doesn't face the street which makes it very quiet, fresh during the summer and warm during the winter.
It is composed by a large room with a comfortable Queen-size bed that can be easily closed and turned into a sofą. A third bed (chair-bed) is in the separated entrance. Description is completed by a wide kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a closet and especially by a 25 sqm internal and furnished courtyard where you can pleasantly have meals during the good season. Independent heating, TV.
Public telephone, internet point and laundry just outside the apartment.

The area is full of restaurants, both typical and ethnic, bars, wine bars, night clubs and all kinds of shops.
Several buses, Metro Stop Cavour and Termini main train station) assure easy trasportation in and out of Rome.
