The apartment is situated in Via Courmayeur, 5km away from the historic centre in a peaceful and quiet residential area in the north of Rome surrounded by greenery. An ideal place, then, for those who, having passed a pleasant day visiting monuments, museums and art galleries and perhaps shopping in the streets in the centre, want to relax in a particularly serene setting to rest and get ready for the next day; the apartment is also proper for someone who needs to come to Rome for business reasons, or for someone who needs to stay near the Policlinico Agostino Gemelli hospital, the San Pietro hospital, or the Columbus clinic. Not far from the house you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. The home is situated in the northern part of the city, between Via Camilluccia and Via Cassia. In this quarter are situated the Olympic stadium and the External Affairs Ministry (“La Farnesina”); the quarter borders with the Parioli quarter, which also borders with the historic centre. Staying in our holiday home (bed and breakfast) means spending a holiday in one of the most beautiful and renowned quarters of Rome.
The apartment is located in a two-building complex. It has elegant, modern furnishings and is composed of a large lounge with a double sofa bed with the possibility of adding two more beds, a large kitchen, one bathroom, one large double bedroom with the possibility of adding another bed, and two balconies. All rooms overlook green areas. The heating is independent and the rooms have air-conditioning and satellite TV
Connections: The historic city centre can easily be reached using bus service no. 446 or with private 8-seater minibuses costing between € 1.70 minimum and a maximum of € 2.90; children under six years of age travel free. Bus no. 446 also goes (about 10 minutes) to the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Agostino Gemelli hospital) where you can find the “Gemelli” subway station on line A.
Parking If needed, there is parking space in the condominium garage accessed through an electronic gate.
