A very particular 2 floors house of 60 sqm completely restructured inside and very luminous.
Located within the gardens of Piazza della Libertà, between Via Cola di Rienzo and Piazza del Popolo, 2 min from Metro stop Flaminio and 10 min from Piazza di Spagna (Spanish steps)

In the first floor we find a Queen-size bed, a beautiful antique table, bathroom with shower,
cooking corner with dish-washer.
Through a round stair you get to the second floor where is the master bed-room. In it another Queen-size bed, a second bathroom with shower, TV and stereo.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioner, heating and rugs in both floor
