Situated in Cerreto Guidi, district of Florence, stands in the Chianti countryside (Putto); its favourable geographic position places it at the centre of series of towns of great historical, artistical and cultural interest such as Florence (30 km), Pisa (35 km), Pistoia (20 km), Lucca and Siena (about 40 km). Last but not least Vinci, Leonardo's birthplace, which is reachable in few minutes, and San Minato al Tedesco, whose medieval fortress is clearly visible.

The fourth apartments obtained from the recent restoration of the farmhouse are pleasantly furnished, equipped with every comforts inside while outside, besides two big terraces, well furnished and exposed to the sun, there is a garden and a swimming pool surrounded by the olives which give calmness and agreeable panoramic view.
