A lovely and completely renovated flat to let, made up of three comfortable rooms. It's located in a Street, right next the Ergife Hotel, near the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. Equipped with lift, the flat is situated on the top floor of a building enclosed by a large private garden. It's composed of a dining-room, a corridor and of three independent bedrooms: - One single room 23052 with private bathroom inside and a small balcony; - Two double rooms - 23050 -23051 -with balcony and one common bathroom (on request, exclusive use of the bathroom with little fee) All the bathrooms are fitted with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.
