Very comfortable, big flat 140 sq.mts at walking distance from Gianicolo Hill and in front of a side entrance to a major Roman big park in the Villa Pamphili. At the 3rd floor with lift on an nice building. Three spacious bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other two with twin beds that can be placed together, provide good sleeping accommodations for a family of 6 The apartment has a very spacious living room/dining room with TV set, a separate, large, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one larger with a tub and the other one with a toilette and shower.
The apartment is surrounded by Villa Pamphili and Gianicolo close to Trastevere one of the most vital zone of the city. There is a bus that stops in front of this building that goes directly to Piazza Venezia, considered the center of Rome. The welcoming host speaks English and French. No children under 8, please.
Easy parking. A cosy balcony but of sufficient size to be able to sit outside for a relaxing
