The enviable location of Residence, set in a beautiful palace in the middle of one of the famous districts known as "quartieri umbertini" of Rome, provides an ideal starting point for your roman tours.
This is a place of great cultural interests but also offers the opportunity to go shopping nearby via Ottaviano and Via Cola Di Rienzo.
The Bed and Breakfast is the residence that will meet all your needs: you will stay in the Heart of Rome, the centre of Rome and you will feel at your ease in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

To arrive at the Residence is very easy, Underground (line A) stop "Ottaviano" is 350 mt. away, and many buses and other types of above-ground transport provide the link with the rest of Rome 24 hours a day.

The Residence provides four large rooms with private bathroom, cooking area and air-conditioning (the other rooms are 23034-23033 - 23036 with no kitchen)

This one -23035- is a Double Room,  bed sofa 160x185, private bathroom, air-conditioning, independent heating and TV Color.

Rates include:

daily cleaning on working days, free use of the kitchen with (electric) household appliance, tableware, pots and pans, TV, the provision of all linen needed and air-conditioning.
Change of towels every third day, sheets every week, (daily change upon request).
Consumer goods like soap, cooking oil, coffee, etc. are NOT included.
